As a licensed, independent practitioner, I practice autonomously and in coordination with health care professionals. As a nurse practitioner I have prescriptive authority and provide a wide range of health care services, including the diagnosis and management of acute, chronic and complex health conditions.

I serve as a health care researcher, interdisciplinary consultant and patient advocate.
